The first Holiday Builders' home was built in Palm Bay, Florida. Today there are more than 40,000 homeowners in the Holiday Builders' family. We build new single-family homes throughout Florida and Coastal Alabama. We offer three collections of new homes - Cornerstone, HB Value and Inspire. Each collection has a unique set of floorplans, design options or designer-curated color schemes and a new home warranty. Holiday Builders' strength is garnered through the longevity of trade partnerships and a sense of ownership among the employees. Although it seems like the name Holiday Builders could represent living where so many vacation, the name Holiday Builders was inspired by a car. The Oldsmobile Holiday. was a favorite of the two brothers who started our company as it represented quality, style and design.
