Worth & Company, Inc. (Worth) is a 100%  employee-owned construction company headquartered in  Pipersville, Pennsylvania. The company was founded by Stephen Worth in 1983 in a garage in Doylestown, Pennsylvania and has since grown to over 600 employees. Worth specializes in  Mechanical Construction, Industrial Construction, Prefabrication, and Service & Repair primarily in the Mid-Atlantic region.  Worth is proud to have received numerous awards through ABC and ENR, and most recently securing a first place award through ABC National.   Worth became employee-owned in 2024 when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Employee ownership reinforces the company’s focus on executional excellence, delighting their customers, and enriching humanity.
