Truck Mates LLC became employee-owned after their parent company, Sprague's Sports , implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) in 2022. Employee ownership reinforces the company's commitment to their employees and customers. The founder explains that the customer, "is not just dealing with someone who works there. They have a vested interest, and that works best for those on both sides of the counter."
