Founded in 1983, Torrey Pines has since evolved to be one of the top landscape companies in San Diego though a shared dedication to customer service and quality craftsmanship. With over forty employees and 35 years of experience, Torrey Pines Landscape is well trained and experienced.

Torrey Pines Landscape become employee-owned in 2021 when it implemented its ESOP. Founder Harry Thompson chose to make his company employee-owned as a succession plan.
