Incorporated in Oahu, Hawaii in 1975, Inter-Island operated continuously under the same ownership until September 2014. The founder, Cully Judd, and President, Richard Reed, led the company through an ESOP transaction which transitioned the company to being 100% employee owned as of September 20, 2014.
