Stress Engineering Services is an employee-owned company headquartered in Houston, Texas. Founded in 1972, the company has provided engineering design and analysis, thermal and fluid sciences, instrumentation, and testing for a variety of industries. Their mission is to deliver emerging and innovative concepts with the highest standards of service. They operate five locations in Texas, Ohio, California, and Canada.

In 2005, Stress Engineering Services became employee-owned when they established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
