Seattle Gymnastics Academy (SGA) is a 100% employee-owned gymnastics instruction company headquartered in Seattle, Washington. Founded in 1981, SGA has grown to become one of the largest gymnastics facilities in the Pacific Northwest, operating five locations across Greater Seattle: Lake City, Ballard, Columbia City, Burien, and Mill Creek. These facilities collectively offer nearly 105,000 square feet of space, equipped with Olympic apparatus, trampolines, foam pits, and preschool-sized equipment to cater to gymnasts of all ages and skill levels. SGA initiated its journey toward employee ownership in 2012 by implementing an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This transition culminated in 2023 when the company became fully employee-owned. As an employee-owned company, everyone contributes to the collective success through delivering on their mission.
