The company was founded in 1987 by Larry Ryan and has grown to over 300 full-time associates in seven locations across Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Nebraska. Ryan Lawn & Tree specializes in lawn care, tree and plant care, pest control, landscaping, and irrigation. Ryan Lawn & Tree became employee-owned in 1998 when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).This transition reinforces the ownership attitude and long term focus of employee owners. Every member of the company strives to provide the best lawn care service, tree care, and landscaping.
