Peter Basso Associates (PBA) is a 100% employee-owned mechanical, electrical, and plumbing consulting firm headquartered in Troy, Michigan. PBA was founded in 1990 by Pete Basso and has since grown to a 100+ person team. PBA consists of building design engineers as well as a commissioning group and lighting design group. They work across Higher Education, Health Care, Corporate and Governmental market sectors. PBA became 100% employee-owned in 2002 when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Being a company of owners means that everyone involved with an engineering services project literally has a vested interest in its successful outcome.
