Ogden Forklifts is a 100% employee-owned heavy equipment supplier headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Founded in 1960 by Hank Ogden, the company is a full-service forklift dealership that represents four world renowned brands of material handling equipment manufacturers. They sell new and used forklifts, service all makes and models of forklifts, rent forklifts, and sell forklift parts. The company operates seven locations throughout Georgia and Florida.  

In 2014 when Hank Ogden was ready to retire, he sold the company to his employees, implementing an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Becoming employee-owned has allowed Ogden Forklifts to remain true to their founding principles and carry on the legacy for future generations.
