Miller Proctor Nickolas, Inc. (MPN Boilers) is a 100% employee-owned boiler sales and servicing company headquartered in Sleepy Hollow, New York. MPN Boilers was founded in 1959 as Miller Proctor Associates by Irwin Miller and Henry Proctor. Since then, they have grown to over seventy employees serving the greater New York City metropolitan area.
MPN Boilers became employee-owned in 1993 when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The company transitioned to 100% employee ownership in 1999. The selling owners recognized that the best way to maintain the company's culture was to reward employees for their hard work and dedication.
