Masters' Supply, Inc. is a 100% employee-owned wholesale distributor of plumbing, commercial, and industrial supplies headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky.
Masters' Supply, Inc., a subsidiary of Rivermark Co., was founded in 1939.
Masters' Supply became employee-owned after implementing an ESOP in 1991 — and it was actually Masters' Supply's own ESOP conversion that later became the foundation for the entire Rivermark family of companies.
