Founded in 1939 by Carl Zoeller, of the renowned Zoeller Pump Co. family, the company embarked on a clear mission: to become the exclusive plumbing and industrial wholesaler in Louisville. Following Mr. Zoeller's retirement announcement in the mid-90s, the company's key leaders continued to pursue his aspirations by expanding their reach. Driven by the vision of establishing multiple, fully-stocked outlets, the company diligently sought to capture market share and fortify relationships. At present, Masters’ Supply, Inc. proudly operates eight storefront locations, each housing well-stocked warehouses and impressive showrooms. 

In 1976, Masters' Supply became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
