International Decorators, Inc., is a 100% employee-owned painting contractor headquartered in Barrington, Illinois. The company was founded in 1952 as a family operated business. Over their 70 year history, International Decorators have become one of the largest painting contractors in Northern Illinois.

In 2018, International Decorators became employee-owned when it established its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As owners, employees benefit financially when the company is successful. They are also uniquely motivated to provide excellent customer service and for International Decorators specifically, in the safest manner possible.
