Holiday Market, a subsidiary of North State Grocery store, is an employee-owned grocery store that was founded in Cottonwood, California in 1962. Today, the neighborhood grocery market operates 15 stores throughout California and Oregon.

In 2006, Holiday Market became employee-owned when its parent company, North State Grocery, implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As an employee-owned store, employees at Holiday Market take pride in what they offer to their customers and surrounding communities.
