In 1985, Iris Harrell founded Harrell Remodeling, becoming one of the few women in the residential construction industry in the nation. In 2001, Harrell Remodeling became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).  Over several years, company shares were gradually acquired by the employees, and in 2014, the company officially became 100% Employee-Owned. Iris fully retired in 2014, leaving behind a thriving company driven by a skilled team of professionals dedicated to delivering top-tier full-service residential remodeling.
