Greenville Tool & Die (GTD) is a 100% employee-owned metal production company headquartered in Greenville, Michigan. The company was founded in 1946 by Charles J. Randall and Vandel Nielse. Greenville Tool & Die designs and builds high quality sheet metal stamping dies offering production manufacturers turnkey solutions to meet the demands of today’s complex parts and advanced high strength materials.

GTD became employee-owned in 2005 when the company implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Employee ownership has enabled GTD’s employees to adapt to and the company to grow, prosper, and become a leader in its field.
