In 2000, Goelzer Investment Management became employee-owned when it established its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The company’s founder, Don W. Goelzer operated on a core set of values; trust, integrity, respect, commitment, and a positive attitude. It’s these shared values that have driven the company’s success over their 50 year history. The now thirty-plus team of investment professionals is continuing the legacy of success of their founder.
