Firstar Precision Group, a subsidiary of Empowered Ventures, was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in New Brunswick, Ohio. Firstar manufactures tight tolerance components for the medical, aerospace, food processing, industrial assembly and hydraulics industries.

In 2021 Firstar Precision Group became employee-owned when its parent company, Empowered Ventures, acquired them and implemented their Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
