East Wind Nut Butters is an employee-owned company that produces natural nut butters. Since 1980, the company has been owned and operated by members of the East Wind Community, one of the oldest intentional communities in America.

In 1980, East Wind Nut Butters was established as a Co-Op. As equal owners, the members participate in all aspects of the business. Their involvement includes roasting raw nuts, milling butter, packaging the finished product, servicing equipment, handling shipping, managing business accounting, and maintaining customer relationships.

East Wind Nut Butters is an employee-owned company headquartered in Tecumseh, Missouri.
