Cutting Edge Supply is a 100% employee-owned heavy equipment parts company headquartered in Colton, California. Cutting Edge Supply was founded in 1950 in Southgate, California and has grown over the years to 165 employees in six locations across Arizona, California, and Nevada.    The company specializes in heavy equipment wear parts, wear enhancements and repair. They serve many of today’s most integral industries including mining, construction, material processing, agriculture, and waste and recycling as the go-to source for ground engaging tools, crushing wear parts, screening media, abrasion resistant and high strength steels for custom fabrication, custom and remanufactured pins, hydraulic cylinder repair, and a wide-range of welding services including bucket repairs, liner installations and much more.   Cutting Edge Supply became employee-owned in 2025 when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The Brenner family wanted to preserve their legacy and the values of the company they built by handing it over to the people who helped make them successful: their employees.
