CDCN’s services allowing individuals to hire and manage their own caregivers, including family members. They handle payroll, taxes, and compliance, and offer support services like care coordination, respite care, and training. Operating in over a dozen states, CDCN helps people remain independent at home while managing the administrative and financial aspects of their care.   In 2025, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) transitioned to employee ownership through an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) structure. This structure was chosen to align with the company’s mission and provide long-term stewardship, cultural stability, and shared economic benefit for employees.
