Coach House Garages is 100% employee-owned custom garage builder headquartered in Arthur, Illinois. Founded in 1973 by Willis Miller, the company has built a reputation of quality construction and customer service. Over the decades it has grown to more than 25 offices located throughout Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, and Indiana. Coach House became employee-owned in 2018 when it implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The owner, Jim Yoder, didn’t want to sell the company to the “highest bidder”, he wanted better for his employees and the company he worked so hard to grow. Coach House proudly became 100% employee-owned in 2023.
