We are an independent crop consulting company striving to improve farmer’s yields & profitability, while helping them feed the world. There is a need for sound, unbiased agronomic information in the world now, more than ever before. We believe that growers are under a constant barrage when it comes to new products, technologies, and techniques.

CENTROL began in 1979, (with 1 consultant and 12,000 acres!) and has grown to be the largest independent crop consulting organization in the Upper Midwest. CENTROL employs over 60 full-time consultants and provides agronomic services and expertise to more than 2,000 clients on over 3 million acres!!

When you work with one of our consultants you won’t be hiring someone to “just” scout fields and take soil samples. Once you’ve invested in CENTROL, you will also be investing in the experience, knowledge, and crop management expertise behind our company.
