Casey-Fogli Concrete Contractors, a subsidiary of Harbor Linx, is a 100% employee-owned company in the construction industry headquartered in Hayward, California. Founded in 1906 as the H.E. Casey Company, the roots of Casey-Fogli trace back to Harold E. Casey, who initially established the company's presence as a producer and distributor of dry construction materials.  Over time, the company embarked on a path of expansion and transformation, culminating in the development of a construction division alongside the operation of four concrete ready-mix plants. In 2003, Casey-Fogli Concrete Contractors became employee-owned when its parent company  Harbor Linx, implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
