Founded in 1976, Campbell & Co. has worked to shape the evolution of fundraising.

In 1985, Campbell & Co. became employee owned when it established its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Built on integrity, inclusion, rigor and creativity, Campbell & Co. employee owners are a team of changemakers.
