Brent Scarbrough & Company (BCS) is a heavy civil site contractor headquartered in Newnan, GA. Established in 1985 as an erosion control company during Brent’s junior year at Southern Polytechnic State University. Since it’s inception, BCS has become one of the largest Heavy Civil Site contractors in Georgia. Over the past nearly two decades, the company’s presence has extended to Industrial, Commercial, Mixed Use, Healthcare, Residential and Renewable Energy Markets throughout the Southeast. The company prepares sites through demolition, clearing, grading, rock crushing, boring, excavating, installation of storm, sewer, water, & utilities. BCS's goal is to not only meet but exceed needs and expectations of clients through integrity, experience and safety. 

BCS has been 100% employee owned since 2017. The company understand that all this work doesn’t happen without the investment of our employees, which is why the founder, Brent Scarbrough, sold the company to BSC employees in 2017. He is now CEO, and Shane Waters, an employee since 1996, serves as company President. BSC strives to build great relationships with our employees, clients, vendors and our community.
