Bobbitt is a 100% employee-owned company in the construction industry headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina. Founded in 1946 by G.E. Bobbitt who laid the foundation for this Raleigh-based general contracting construction firm. Bobbitt is an experienced general contractor specializing in public and privately owned buildings throughout the Southeast for the past 77 years. Today, they operate two additional locations in North Carolina. 

In 1986, Bobbitt became employee-owned when it established its Employee-Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Bobbitt has cultivated a company culture centered around employee ownership and engagement.
