BAMCO is a 100% employee-owned company in the fabrication industry headquartered in Middlesex, New Jersey. Established in 1986 as a company specializing in aggregate and cement board panel installation, BAMCO organically transitioned to architectural panel systems. Today, BAMCO boasts a comprehensive team of engineers, project managers, field and shop superintendents, and construction professionals who offer design, engineering, estimating, fabrication, testing, and installation services. Their aim is to provide a full-service solution that minimizes costs, lead times, and the workload of their valued clients. Currently servicing customers in 48 states, BAMCO designs, manufactures and installs state-of-the-art composite metal panel systems for commercial, institutional, governmental, manufacturing, and residential projects.

In 2018 BAMCO became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Co-founders Michael Biviano and Allan Pasternak made the decision to transfer ownership of the company to their employees. This transition effectively granted ownership to the dedicated workforce that had played a pivotal role in BAMCO's growth. Recognizing that they couldn't lead the company indefinitely, Biviano and Pasternak sought to reward those who had contributed to BAMCO's success by offering them a stake in the business.
