Applied EarthWorks is a 100% employee-owned Cultural Resource Management firm headquartered in Fresno, CA. Applied EarthWorks offers history, archaeology, paleontology, GIS, and cultural resource management consulting. Applied EarthWorks became employee-owned in 2009 when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As a 100% employee-owned ESOP, all staff account for the effects of their actions on all aspects of the company’s operation, from customer fulfillment and employee satisfaction to financial considerations.
