Since their founding in 1943, the company has worked to become an innovative leader in the design and manufacture of high-quality alloy equipment for high-temperature and corrosive industrial applications in installations around the world.

In 1974, AECo became employee-owned when it established its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Celebrating over 40 years of employee ownership, AECo has been able to offer employees wealth-building opportunities that can provide financial freedom well into retirement.
