A.R. Mays Construction is a 100% employee-owned General Contractor headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona.The company was founded in 1986 as DevCon Enterprises and rebranded to A.R. Mays Construction in 2004. It has grown to become a prominent general contractor with a team of more than 80 employees. A.R. Mays specializes in managing commercial projects throughout the Southwest including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction services. In 2024, A.R. Mays transitioned to employee ownership by implementing an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The transition was implemented to create alignment toward growth of the business and reward employees for their service and commitment to the company.
