4Top Hospitality Group is an employee-owned, independent restaurant group headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. Founded in 1987, the company began operating under the 4Top Hospitality name in 2009.  It has since expanded by over 300%, now operating 16 locations across Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama. Its diverse portfolio includes six distinct restaurant brands including Amerigo, Char, Saltine, etch, etc., and Jasper’s, ranging from casual neighborhood Italian eateries to upscale steakhouses and chef-driven hotspots. In January 2022, 4Top became employee-owned by implementing an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
