At Livingston Machinery, our customers come first. Livingston Machinery began with the simple goal of providing the best products and service to the agricultural community who work hard to help feed the world. The goal has remained the same but the company has experienced tremendous growth since the original vision of founder, Earl Livingston.
The Chickasha, Oklahoma based company began in 1987 when Earl and wife Sharon opened a small shop to buy and sell used equipment within the local community. A year later, the dealership was awarded the Hesston contract for the area, allowing for the first Big Balers to appear in southwestern Oklahoma. Livingston established other Hesston lines, including round balers, mower conditioners and windrowers to provide full service agricultural equipment to the region. After acquiring a local competitor in 1990, Livingston moved the company to the current location south of town and set his sights on expansion. By 1996, Livingston Machinery opened a second location in Fairview, Oklahoma.
By 2009, the employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) program was put into action to provide Livingston Machinery team members with an ownership interest in the company. Thus ensuring that Livingston Machinery will remain ever present in the future to supply for its employees and valued customers.
Since 2014, Livingston Machinery has expanded to Muleshoe, Texas. In early 2016, Livingston Machinery and its 100+ employees welcomed the addition of the agricultural spray lines of RoGator and TerraGator, along with the powerful line of Challenger tractors. With a complete line of products needed to support farmers from weekend hobbyists to large producers, Livingston Machinery is proud to service customers across Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, New Mexico, Colorado and Arizona.
With expansion and growth, Livingston Machinery has never lost sight of the goal to provide the best products and services; a goal that is evident with the 5 Star Rating from AGCO for Dealer Excellence awarded to the highest level dealerships across the nation. Livingston Machinery will proudly continue to carry AGCO lines while expanding the company to serve more of the farmers who are working to feed the world.
